By using Photobomb Us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By uploading photos, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only photos you have permission to share.
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content (e.g., nudity, violence).
• Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and Belgian/Italian image rights laws.

4. Image Rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm:

• You have consent from all identifiable individuals in the photo.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display the photo on our server during the festival.

5. Content Moderation

We may review and remove photos that violate these Terms or applicable laws. We reserve the right to ban users who upload inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your photos. We don’t claim any ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

This is a non-commercial project. We’re not liable for:

• Misuse of uploaded photos by others.
• Site downtime or data loss.
• Any damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Termination

All data will be automatically deleted by August 1, 2025.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, as our server is in Italy.
