2. Who Can Use the Site

This site is intended for people who scanned the QR code on our t-shirts at Tomorrowland 2026 and want to share a photo with us. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before uploading photos.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Upload only photos you have permission to share.
• Do not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Respect the privacy of others, including any people who appear in your photos.

4. Image Rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm:

• You have the consent of any identifiable people in the photo.
• You grant us (the shirt wearers) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and keep the photo for our personal use as a memory of the festival.

5. Content Moderation

We may review and remove any photo that breaks these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your photos. We do not claim any ownership rights.

Tomorrowland, Consciencia, and related names and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners. This is a private fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tomorrowland or its organizers.

7. Limitation of Liability

This is a private, non-commercial project. We are not liable for:

• Site downtime or data loss.
• Any damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Data Retention

Photos are kept for our personal use. You can ask us to delete a photo you uploaded at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, as our server is in Italy.
